We want you to be fully satisfied with your Sprayground purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that limited edition drops and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original protective packaging, ensuring all hangtags and authenticators are still attached to the product.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
